About Us
The Iota Mu Mu (IMM) Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. also known as the "Naval Academy Ques" is a distinguished group of men, primarily composed of graduates from the United States Naval Academy and other Service Members. Based in Crofton, Maryland, the chapter proudly represents Omega Psi Phi’s Mighty 2nd District.
Chapter History
The vision for Iota Mu Mu Chapter began on Thursday, May 15, 2008, when Brother Daron Fullwood, on behalf of 24 dedicated men, submitted a Form 15 application to the Supreme Council of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Their mission was clear: to establish a chapter that would serve graduates of the United States Naval Academy and mentor the next generation of leaders.
Momentum continued to build. On Tuesday, September 16, 2008, the 2nd District Council voted to advance the proposal to the Supreme Council—setting the stage for a pivotal moment in Omega history. That moment came on Friday, September 26, 2008, during the Congressional Black Caucus in Washington, D.C., when Brothers Daron Fullwood and Jontavius Singleton stood before the Supreme Council and presented the petition. The motion passed unanimously, officially chartering Iota Mu Mu Chapter in Crofton, Maryland.
War Chapter III was born.
The charter was formally presented during the 2009 Second District Winter Council to Brothers Jon Singleton and Zerbin Singleton, marking the official recognition of Chapter #936. On January 24, 2009, Iota Mu Mu held its inaugural chapter meeting. Brother Daron Fullwood served as the chapter’s first Basileus, with Brother Desmond Victor as Vice Basileus—launching a legacy of leadership, service, and excellence in the air, land, and sea.
A Word from Our Basileus

Welcome to Annapolis, Maryland – Home of the Iota Mu Mu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., proudly known as The Naval Academy Ques (NAQ).
As part of the proud legacy of Omega Psi Phi, we continue to uphold the Fraternity’s four cardinal principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. We are a brotherhood of current and former Navy and Marine Corps officers committed to making a measurable impact through community engagement, mentoring and leadership, and service. Rooted in purpose and built for more, we remain committed to the belief that “Friendship is Essential to the Soul,” blending military excellence with civic responsibility across the DMV region.
Our vision is simple: “Excellence is Not Requested, It is Expected.” With this standard as our foundation, our chapter remains focused on three core pillars: service through community engagement; lifting as we climb through mentoring and training; and leaving a cultural legacy through life skills development and achievement. These pillars reflect our commitment to not only serve our communities, but also to develop our brothers and strengthen the legacy we leave for those who follow.
At Iota Mu Mu, we believe that Faith, Family, and Fraternity are essential to who we are and how we serve. Through this commitment, we strive to be our brother’s keeper, develop young Bruhz, renew our older Bruhz, and foster fellowship while ensuring that every brother has an opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our chapter. Leading with R.Q.Q., we remain committed to meeting the standard, developing the brother, and elevating the chapter.
Our partnerships with the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association (USNAAA), Veterans Service Academy Foundation (VSAF), and Navy Football Brotherhood (NFB) enhance our reach and impact. Through these partnerships, we support in-need families, mentor future leaders, award scholarships, and help veterans transition into civilian careers.
In short, NAQ believes that our greatest impact comes from serving with purpose, leading with excellence, and remaining committed to one another. As we continue to build upon the legacy of Iota Mu Mu, we carry with us the enduring belief that:
“The Difficult We Do Immediately, the Impossible Just Takes a Little Longer.”
We invite you to join us as we serve with purpose—in the air, on land, and at sea—transforming lives, strengthening communities, and extending the legacy of Iota Mu Mu.
NAQ Always.
Faith. Family. Fraternity.
